      A well respected, long standing player in the local and national hospitality market, celebrity chef, Simon Goh, sought to diversify his market offering and create an intimate ‘street food’ experience. In his words, “Small is the new Big!”
  
 
           
           
          A quick lined drawing with the words “raw and authentic” was the brief. What was resulted was an old world, bustling street eatery akin to those encountered in the back streets of Malaysia.
