Cinderella rides an industrial corner warehouse conversion towards a glorious western sunset. Built in the early 1900s, we transformed the building’s more recent incarnation as a contemporary art gallery with minimal residential quarters aloft into a co-working space for entrepreneurs with rancho relaxo flair.

Gutting levels, we added new steel doors studded with decorative spheres that lead to external balconies. Timber joinery also features beaded rows.

We pierced a walkway leading to the client’s private office with kaleidoscopic portholes to filter a sensory experience of light within.

Mojave forms appear upon textiles and custom rugs, plus joinery fronts via stepped and geometric patterns.
